Hellas Construction, Inc., The #1 Sports Construction company in North America, is seeking a full-time Electrical Project Manager to join our Sports Construction Company to support our DFW markets. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, accompanied by a strong background in electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned electrical projects, ensuring successful completion within schedule and budget constraints.
• Take ownership of project profit and loss, diligently managing financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project setup, including budget entry into company software, issuance of purchase orders, and maintenance of project files.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all project documentation to stakeholders.
• Attend various project meetings, including pre-construction, job site, and completion meetings, as required.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare monthly cost projections and profit analyses against budgetary targets.
• Review and approve subcontractor payment requests, facilitating timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in the electrical construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing electrical engineering projects, including wiring, installations, and infrastructure development.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $5 to $10 million in total value.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Sound knowledge of construction mathematics and cost estimation principles

Salary will be commensurate based on years of experience in the electrical & civil construction space. In addition to base salary, project managers will also earn a bonus based on profitability of the job.

Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time with overnight stays at project job sites.
