Overview:

The National Sales Account Manager is a pivotal role within our Business Development and Marketing Department, essential to our company's growth strategy. This position focuses on fostering and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, insurance carriers, realtors, insurance agents, and commercial clients. The goal is to drive the adoption and efficient use of our software solutions and managed repair services, contributing significantly to our expansion and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Employ a variety of strategies, including outside sales, cold calling, networking, and more, to secure new accounts and cultivate existing relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, crafting and presenting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to grasp trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Utilize insights gained to guide marketing strategies and identify potential avenues for growth.
  • Product Development and Management: Collaborate closely with the product development team to align products and services with the needs of target customers, thereby supporting the company's growth objectives.
  • Marketing Communications and Branding: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, develop promotional materials, and oversee the management of the company’s brand and reputation to ensure alignment with our values and market positioning.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and needs, with the aim of surpassing their expectations.
  • Event Planning and Management: Organize and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and showcase our offerings.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and engage with potential partners and alliances to broaden the company's reach and foster new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the technology or services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for market research and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing projects, from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on results.
  • Adept at relationship building, capable of fostering long-term connections with a diverse range of clients and partners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and drive business development activities.
