Client Manager Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team at our facility located in Cleveland, OH, 44142. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
