Job title: Operations Technician 

Pay: $15/hour

Required Hours: 40/hours per week. 

Tuesday-Saturday 5am-12pm & Sunday 7am-12pm.

Job description: Overseeing the day to day deliveries, performing and scheduling routine maintenance for stores, company vehicles and equipment in a timely manner. 

Job responsibilities:

• Morning deliveries
• Care for fleet vehicles; maintenance, cleaning, etc.
• Maintenance for stores; performing smaller tasks/repairs and scheduling larger jobs.
• Equipment maintenance; performing smaller tasks/repairs and scheduling larger jobs.
• Running errands
• Assisting Southern Restorations when needed.
• Assisting Heirloom Market Co. when needed.
• Any other items deemed necessary to ensure normal operations.

Requirements: 

• Be on time, be in uniform, be professional.
• While driving company vehicles, drivers must obey traffic laws at all times and represent Heirloom well. Failure to do so could result in termination.
• Will be required to work closely with other bakeshop and marketplace team members. A team oriented attitude is expected at all times.
• Multitasking – it’s not uncommon for team members to complete more than one task at a time. 
• Must be able to work with others in a team setting with good and kind communication. This includes assisting all team members.
• Must be team-oriented, hard-working and a self-starter.
• Must be able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment by demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership for each task.
• Must be able to maintain positive energy throughout their shift with an outgoing, hospitable and patient attitude.
• Have exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Communicates and manages relationships with crucial vendors.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Continually looks for more cost-effective solutions in all areas of the business.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 
• May be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. 
• Must be able to adjust or move objects up to 40 pounds in all directions. The associate may be subject to repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• More than anything, you must be coachable. Plans could be changed at a moment's notice and it’s expected that you make the change immediately with a positive attitude.

This position will report directly to James and/or the owners.
