The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) is seeking a qualified candidate for a position at our adolescent substance abuse treatment program in downtown Santa Barbara.
As an important member of our team, the Case Manager/Office Assistant interacts with our clients (adolescents & their families), helps connect them to support services, working closely with our treatment team to help move adolescents on the path toward recovery and health. The position also provides help with basic office functions, coordinating the day-to-day office activities and creating an organized and well-functioning office environment.

Training in the field of substance abuse counseling and case management is on-going with this position, which provides opportunities to develop skills in the field of counseling and case management.
Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Organized
Ability to multi-task
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in customer service/relations is a plus.
For the Case Manger portion of this position, we offer supervised hours toward Certification as AOD Counselor and/or Clinical Supervision for therapists, social worker, etc (registration with certifying AOD agency is a part of hire).
Position is 40 hrs/wk M-F 10:30am-7pm.
Possibility of part time 25-30 hrs per week 2-7pm (or some other arrangement of hours) for the right candidate. Possibility of working around school schedule if available some afternoon/evenings. Full time employees (30 hours per week or more) receive benefits including health, dental, & vision.
