Position : Service Tech Assistant

Pay Rate : $20.00 / hourly

Location : Stockton, CA

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 3 : 00 / 5 : 30, must be open to OT

Job Description :

Service Tech Assistants work closely with the team to provide exceptional experiences for our customers and play an integral part in our overall growth.

The ideal candidate has a high mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving ability, and a high personal standard of quality and workmanship.

This position is ideal for someone interested in continual growth in a principle-driven company.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Support with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial doors, gates, and dock

equipment following company processes and safety standards

• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer relations with each service call
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction trade
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and protocols
• Have a coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in the English language
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly learn and apply concepts and techniques
• Proficiently use hand and power tools
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and continuously lift and bend
