Pay Rate / Salary : $18.49 to $25.02

Schedule : Monday 11 am to 7 : 30 and Tuesday-Friday 12 to 7 : 30 pm

Job Description :

Image Workstation Operator II is responsible for the daily processing of incoming checks from other institutions and over-the-counter work.

Job Duties :

• Provide excellent service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
• Assist in resolving routine and complex IP issues including out-of-balance transactions
• Verify and clear branches for release
• Assist in researching and processing adjustments internally
• Efficiently sort and process lockbox payment transactions as needed
• Help identify process improvements and assist with revising departmental procedure documentation as needed
• Competently utilize the Bank’s Image / IP systems and processes
• Help ensure all IP equipment is well-maintained and operational

Education :

HS Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years’ previous experience with image / IP systems and processes at a financial institution preferred
• Ability to use 10-key equipment at 10,000 strokes per hour with an error rate of less than 1%
• Successful completion of a credit history check
