• Serve as liaison with all Enhanced Living Resident Assistants to ensure all resident needs are met • Mentor and guide students and volunteers as request• Assist in departmental duties that keep the department neat, orderly, and professional• Assist in orienting and training new staff, students, and volunteers• Provide additional training and support to staff that need help with any issues that may arise• Responsible for overseeing Enhanced Living Resident Assistant schedule and ensuring continued coverage• Perform other related duties as requested
• Must have strong communication skills and work well with others• Must have time management skills• Must be flexible and willing to change according to the needs of the residents• Must be comfortable taking initiative• Must possess a positive, can do attitude
• CNA/Resident Assistant/direct care giving experience strongly preferred
