per diem weekend hours

Responsibilities

This position entails: (no more than 2 paragraphs or 10 bullet)

• Good customer service skills in the service of our patients and communications with members of the health care team
• Keeping food service area clean and sanitized
• Following Serv Safe Food Handler guidelines in re: handwashing; recording temperatures of food, dishwasher, and refridgerator.
• Serve appropriate diets and requested food items for patients in proper portions and pleasant appearance.
• Dishwashing
• Requesting and/or picking up appropriate stock for sattelite kitchen

Required Qualifications

The job requires the following skills, education and background

Communication and reading menu (English or Russian)

Ability to multi-task, and patience while woprking with team.

Physical capabilities to perform tasks as above which requires most of the day on feet as well as lifting and setting 20-30 pounds; bending down.

Preferred Qualifications

Our ideal candidate also will possess:experience working in a kitchen, Russian speaking, knowledge of diets.
