Heaven at Home is looking for a full-time and a part-time Care Coordinator to add to our amazing team. The full-time position will be four days a week, plus every fourth Saturday; the part-time position will be 2 days a week, Mondays and Fridays. Our Care-Coordinators must be compassionate, extremely empathetic, and very detail oriented, with good computer skills, the ability to follow directions, and possess the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities will include answering inquiries from potential or current clients by phone, email, or text, scheduling appointments, processing payments, keeping up with laundry, and occasionally attending expos or pet oriented events (i.e, Pints for Pits, Bark in the Dark) to help spread the word about our services. Previous veterinary or social work/counseling experience is beneficial but not required.
