**Pacific Animal Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our amazing veterinary team!** Pacific Animal Hospital is an AAHA Accredited and Cat Friendly Practice in the heart of Oceanside. We're open 7-days a week with extended hours to help serve the community we love.

Our practice is the perfect hospital to start (or continue) your career on the right footing. We have both Part Time and Full Time opportunities on our Veterinary Receptionist Team.

**Client Service Job Duties:**

* Greeting clients with enthusiasm

* Answering a multi-line phone system.

* Gather patient history/information.

* Educate clients on annual care.

* Schedule daily appointments, organize next day procedures.

* Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies.

* Respond to emergencies when they arise.

* Ensure comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explain any delays to clients.

* Work with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive best care.

* And more.

**Client Service Job Requirements:**

* 2 Years Veterinary Hospital Experience (Preferred but not required)

* Customer Service Experience (Required)

* EzyVet Software Experience (Preferred)
