Hearst Service Center is looking for a Payment Services Coordinator to help the team in Charlotte, NC. This role will be responsible for processing payments both domestic and international for the Hearst Corporation via wire payments. The candidate will also become an administrator for our virtual card program, Epayables. This candidate will research requests from our customers on various payment related issues and provide back a solution. Providing great teamwork and a strong work ethic is essential. As our company continues to grow, we strive to find ways to automate processes, learn and adapt to provide the best service to our customer’s needs.
