Are you passionate about helping patients live their best life through the treatment of hearing loss and a desire to lead a team of driven clinicians?This family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist in the Louisville, KY area with a proven record of performance and leadership experience for a new Regional Manager role!Job Details/Responsibilities:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours.
- Responsible for the growth of their office and regional team.
- 5 years' experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing preferred.
- 2 years' experience in leading/training clinical teams.
- Must have solid clinical skills and business acumen, who is well versed in the process of diagnostic testing, fitting and the sale of hearing aids.
- Opportunity to work in both a private practice setting and in the field to support clinic teams in the region.
- Strong support staff including a full staff of clinicians, marketing specialists, insurance specialists, an in-house telemarketing department.
