HealthyU Family Medicine is Hiring a Part-time Credentialing Specialist Near Mesa, AZ

Join our team! Expanding family medicine practice is seeking a Credentialing Specialist with 2 or more years of Medical Credentialing experience.

Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and keep up to date all provider information within database
    • Maintain updated credentialing documents, while requesting needed items and maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy
    • Submitting applications for credentialing and re-credentialing in a timely fashion
    • Addressing outstanding applications, inaccuracies, and soon-to-expire information by running regular reports
    • Maintain up to date enrollment and terminations of providers while gathering and documenting pertinent information
    • Provide high levels of professional customer service and communication
    • Assist as needed with internal teams regarding ongoing tasks and projects

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: 2 or more years of experience in Medical Credentialing
  • Knowledgeable of medical terminology
  • High efficiency in problem resolution
  • Experience in Excel, MS Suite, EMR/EHR, Medicare and Medicaid
  • Detail oriented and ability
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, work individually as well as in a team environment
