We are currently seeking a Part Time Customer Relations Representative to join our team.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
The Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for receiving, assessing, and professionally and appropriately responding to Customer Relations claims. This individual is responsible for reviewing customer concerns and recommending compensation when appropriate. This position is also responsible for the accurate tracking of compensation and claims related to Customer Relations. The objective of this role is to connect with customers one on one with the goal of retaining them as a customer while making sound decisions for the business. The position is also responsible for reading, researching, and responding to online reviews in order to manage our online reputation.

Prior experience in Call Center, Retention, Car Rentals, Military, and/or Technical Support is preferred.
