Job Details:
- Hourly rate starts at $50 an hour plus
- 4 or 5-day work week, with a caseload of approximately 4 patients daily
- Weekend rotation 1 day every quarter
- Home Health and Hospice experience preferred (Must have a car)
- Mileage and medical malpractice covered
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Provide triage services to determine the urgency of patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide specialized care for patients with memory-related conditions
What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide exceptional care in the outpatient setting. This involves conducting assessments, implementing treatments, and educating patients. Your active involvement in quality assurance initiatives and team meetings is vital to the practice's success.
