The Regional Vice-President of Operations is responsible for working hand and hand with all market and regional leaders operating the health centers to oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s), including practice profitability, revenue goals and other metrics, ensuring that all operations are running at full performance. This includes accountability for clinical quality of care, construction, logistics, patient satisfaction, productivity, revenue enhancement, staff leadership and ensuring adequate access for patients and the staff.

Since its inception, Healthy Partners MSO has become one of the most sophisticated and well-respected operations of its kind in the healthcare industry.
