Healthy Me Medical Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated person with Wellness (Functional) or Med Spa experience to join our private health center. We are a boutique office focusing solely on Wellness services based on cellular medicine principals, providing patients with state of the art treatments to enhance their overall health and well-being. This is a unique position combining both administrative skills and healthcare assisting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent excellent communication abilities, be detailed oriented, has some clinical training, be computer savvy and enjoys working closely with patients.

Qualifications

• Med Spa or Surgical pre op experience preferred
• EMR and prescription writer experience
• Proficient in verbal & written English (Spanish a plus)
• Detail oriented
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently & proactively
• Comfortable in sales and discussing money matters with patients
• Familiarity with HIPAA & OSHA Policies
• Compassionate demeanor & excellent bedside manner
• Medical Assisting a plus

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering of phones and scheduling patients
• Enter patient data into EMR with meticulous attention to detail
• Collection of payments and running nightly reporting
• Preparation of all patient forms
• Filing of prescriptions to pharmacies electronically
• Patient education on services
• Collection of samples for advanced diagnostic testing and in office procedures
• Preparation of patient's Medications and home supplies
• Basic Medical Assisting
