We are looking for a part-time Administrative Receptionist. Candidates MUST have previous experience working in a dog environment, and must feel comfortable around and handling dogs of all sizes. The ideal candidate must be friendly, customer service oriented, experienced in sales, open to accepting various projects, have experience in a professional office environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Our new team member must provide information to guests by answering inquiries regarding the hotel and other services guests may require. Be proficient at typing letters and e-mails, scanning documents, filing, sending faxes, client data entry, database maintenance, and organizing electronic information.
In addition to serving as the nucleus for our front office, this person will assist other members of the company with various administrative matters, along with occasionally attending the dog park, bathing, cleaning, and meal prepping for the boarding dogs.
