NOW HIRING A FT PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our rapidly growing team. You will be delivering outpatient and home care therapy services to clients in White Bear Lake/Hugo/Woodbury and surrounding communities.

Qualification & Skills

• Must hold valid MN PT license
• Previous home health and/or outpatient experience strongly preferred
• Able to travel to North St. Paul and surrounding areas to provide care to patients
• CPR/BLS Certification
