Regions Hospital in St. Paul is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to join the Human Resources team. The person in this role must understand core benefits and processing in an HRIS system across multiple organizations. This role is responsible for managing benefit programs including Health and Welfare programs, Leaves of Absences, COBRA and education assistance. In addition, this role is responsible for HSA processing, retiree benefits, absence plan administration, reviewing and auditing data, and proposing changes, implementing, and maintaining cost effective and legally compliant benefit programs. The role requires a high level of employee interaction, answering a wide variety of questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours. Hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office in St. Paul, MN. Flexible on days.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field. Experience may substitute for education.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of benefits experience.
