Job Duties :

• Provide personalized care and escort assistance based on individual care plans, including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Deliver compassionate in-home care and provide support in facility settings.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment through housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Monitor and report any observed changes in participants' conditions to the interdisciplinary team.
• Practice safe techniques, including proper body mechanics and adherence to universal precautions, to ensure the well-being of participants.
• Engage with participants, families, and the interdisciplinary team in a professional and compassionate manner, fostering a supportive environment.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm

Pay : $20-$24 / hour

This position is a minimum 1-year assignment.
