Job Description:

This job posting is specifically for one male client that we have in Lake forest. You will be assigned to care for them in their home from 8-11am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You will need to assist this client with using a HOYER LIFT. This is perfect for those need few part time hours during the week!

Caregivers are responsible for a variety of services and duties, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, personal care, respite care, and transportation.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers) as needed.
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed
• Errands/transportation

Minimum requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two references that have witnessed your caregiving experience. Or, one caregiver reference and one professional reference - we contact references.
• ID compliant with I-9 requirements.
• Proof of negative TB test - if you need it, we’ll pay for it!
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – if not registered, we’ll pay for it! exclusions apply, must be willing to submit livescan fingerprints.

Licenses and Other Requirements:

• If driving vehicles, must have a valid Driver’s License at the time of interview. Must provide evidence of car insurance if transporting client in your vehicle.
