Home Health RN / Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Home health RN/ Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Healthcare Organization in Brooklyn, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Home Health RN / Registered Nurse:

• Evaluates patients referred for home care to determine needs for admission
• Establishes a home care plan including assessment of requested services

• Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications for Home Health RN / Registered Nurse:

• Currently licensed, in good standing, to practice in New York as a Registered Nurse
• 1 years of experience as RN
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to homecare, including OASIS

Pay Details:

• $100K-105k Annual Salary
• Sign on bonus, $10,000
• Mileage Reimbursement: .54 toll reimbursement and parking reimbursement if needed
