High Demand for Full Time Visiting Registered Nurse. Visit areas available in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Will train New RNs interested in Home Care! Salary based on relevant experience. No car needed for Manhattan visits.

About the position:

The Visiting RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.

Willing to train RNs with Nursing experience.

Bilingual Skills a plus.

Qualifications:

• Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
• Min. of 1 year Nursing experience in Home Care, Hospital or Nursing Home.
• Knowledge of ICD 10 and OASIS Guidelines a plus but not required
• Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
• Bilingual Skills a plus
• Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
• Additional opening available for Manhattan visits

This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering excellent Benefits including generous PTO and 10% Employer contribution to a pension plan!
Competitive Salary. $100,000-120,000, based on RN experience
