CT Technologist

Daily Responsibilities for CT Technologist:

• Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs all computerized tomography scans on various portions of the body to assist the medical staff in the detection of abnormalities.
• Performs duties and functions as a Radiology Technologist as assigned.
• This position requires providing care/service to a critically sub-acutely ill pediatric through the geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital.
• It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values.
• The employee shall support HCA Florida Osceola Hospital's strategic plan and the goals and director of the Performance Improvement Plan.

• Shift: Thurs, Fri, Sat – 7pm/7am

Required Qualifications for CT Technologist:

• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)(R)(CT) at hire/transfer
• Florida State HRS General Radiography license
• Graduate from an approved School of Radiology OR Associate Degree
• CT Experience is required: For a CT Tech to work at the FSEDs, they need to be proficient in X-ray and CT, they need to be experienced and confident enough to do both modalities while working alone

Pay Details: $29 - $44 /hour
