HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Educator to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in the Bronx, New York.
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Educator:
- In collaboration with the AVP of Home Care Services, works with upper management to establish overall growth and new development strategies and translates those strategies into operational plans. Establishes performance metrics, by business unit, and reports outcomes to Senior Management
- Assists the Director of Home Care Services in directing the management of clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure clients, employees, contractor satisfaction, cost-efficient processes, and outstanding home care services
- Permanent and Full Time
- ! NO Weekends, NO Overnights, NO Holidays !
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Full Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
- HAS/FSA
- 28 days PTO and 9 paid holidays
- Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (BSN)
- Must have a Active and clear NY State Registered Nurse License
- Minimum 5 years or more experience conducting training classes or an Education Coordinator in healthcare facility.
- Pay Details: $114,000 - $128,000 yearly
