HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Home health RN/ Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Healthcare Organization in Brooklyn, NY.Daily Responsibilities for Home Health RN / Registered Nurse:
- Evaluates patients referred for home care to determine needs for admission
- Establishes a home care plan including assessment of requested services
- Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Currently licensed, in good standing, to practice in New York as a Registered Nurse
- 1 years of experience as RN
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to homecare, including OASIS
- PTO , Sick, Personal and 7 Observed Holidays
- 401(k)
- Company paid life insurance
- Long term disability
- Employee Stock Ownership (After 1-year)
- $100K-105k Annual Salary
- Sign on bonus, $10,000
- Mileage Reimbursement: .54 toll reimbursement and parking reimbursement if needed
