Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is Hiring a Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Indianapolis, IN Near Indianapolis, IN
- Patient management and care (focused exams, history and physicals) Review patient records as needed
- Treatment plan formulation and recommend options for patients
- Answer patient’s questions and concerns
- Perform injections/procedures- trigger point and joint injections, and IV infusion therapies
- Patient follow up as needed to track progress and address additional concerns
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Experience in Pain Management, PM&R, Ortho, Sports Medicine preferred
- Trigger point, joint injection, and IV placement experience preferred
- PA/NP License to practice in IN
- Full time
- $120k-$133k per year (Depending on experience)
