Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs and evidence-based practice guidelines
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
- Provide counseling on family planning, pain management, and memory care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and disease management strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Ability to phlebotomize and perform specimen collection processing
- Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
