Join a team that can truly make an impact on the lives of others! At Health Connect America, we are dedicated to making connections happen every day by cultivating growth, belonging, and wellness for our teammates. What Will I Be Doing?-As the Office Manager, you are to provide administrative support to the Program Director, other members of management in the region, and all other direct service providers in the region.-The Office Manager will train and help to organize and oversee the duties of the administrative clerical staff.-The Office Manager will assist with onboarding new employees for the office.-The Office Manager will communicate with referral sources regarding client intake.Am I A Good Fit?-Are you committed to maintaining a professional face with all clientele and referral sources at all times?-Do you have a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft office suite?-Do you have excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills?-Are you highly organized and able to self-motivate?-Are you able to maintain the confidentiality of our clientele on all levels?-Do you respond well to direction and feedback?Qualifications:Minimum of a High school diploma with at least 5 years work experience in an administrative support staff position.Associates Degree preferred, and experience in health care/behavioral health care preferred.
