Job SummaryThis position is responsible for account management and retention of key and non-key client accounts, as well as assisting in the growth of target client base. Serving as a product and service expert in all phases of the client/Network Partner business development and ongoing maintenance. Continually cultivating and building relationships with client and internal partners.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 3 years sales and/or marketing experience OR 7 years sales and/or marketing experience.
* Experience excelling in a customer-focused and results-driven environment.
* Experience with business-to-business sales skills.
* Experience with creative problem solving skills to meet client needs.
* PC proficiency skills to use Microsoft Office products, Outlook, CRM tool.
* Dependable, resourceful, self-motivated team player.
* Ability to travel.
* Knowledge of dental and/or healthcare benefit marketplace.
* Experience addressing customer needs, making sound decisions and building strong customer relations.
* Experience analyzing reports and financial information; possess analytical and financial analysis skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.
* Negotiation, project management and presentation skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Experience in healthcare and ancillary benefits industry.
