Health Alliance Administrators, Inc. is Hiring an Implementation Consultant Near Novi, MI

Implementation Consultant

OVERVIEW

Implementation Consultants document incoming new business cases, run quotes, and discuss opportunities with the Sales Director and agents. Their goal is to submit accurate paperwork timely for the sales team and assist agents in overcoming any moveable barriers to making the sale. They will also handle incoming Tier 1 service calls from clients going above and beyond to ensure they have the information needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Make proactive outreach to agents via telephone or email to follow up on received sales opportunities and to move new business groups through the onboarding process. Actively promote relationships with agents and their support staff. Respond to new business questions about guidelines and the submission process.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of health insurance products and services.
  • Efficiently manage the designated work lists and continually prioritize incoming requests.
  • Demonstrate, follow, and maintain knowledge of all state and regulatory guidelines.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the health insurance industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of health insurance or related industry experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes both remote and office-based requirements.
  • Proficiency in daily, active use of Excel, and CRM systems.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
