Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient intake processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Duties: (including but not limited to)

• Screening patients and setting up new client profiles
• Placing clients with therapists based on individual needs and fit
• Following up on new patient inquiries within 24 hours
• Verifying and entering insurance benefit information
• Ensuring client consent forms and profiles are complete
• Perform other office management and administrative duties as needed
• Daily communication with other administrative staff

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to adhere to procedures and work efficiently and independently
• Positive, service-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• 1 year of previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Some college preferred
