Position is in office in Media, PA. Not hybrid or remote.

We are a wholesale manufacturer (we sell physical products to retail stores) of home and gift items (think frames, bracelets, candle holders, etc.), seeking a Production Coordinator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in production/production planning. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be proficient in Word and Excel, highly organized and attentive to detail. Precise communication and follow up skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless communication with overseas vendors as it relates to times lines and purchase order ship dates
• Maintain all information of final production styles
• Maintain production spreadsheets
• Maintaining information related to styles in the computer system (i.e. updating dimensions, cbm, weights
• Hold meetings for new production items.
• Cost analysis
• Send and approve UPC layouts and carton markings to overseas factories
• Review and approve Sales Confirmations
• Maintain customer manuals
• Place Purchase Orders

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Production for a wholesale manufacturer
• Bachelor's Degree (or the work equivalent)
• Excellent Excell and Word skills
• Experience working directly with factories in Asia.
