Healing Hope Community, Inc. (HHCI) is one of Maryland’s newest non-profit mental health organizations. HHCI has begun its search for a Quality and Compliance Manager (QCM) who will initially be hired as a part-time 1099 independent contractor. As the organization grows, the QCM will have the option to join the team full-time with benefits. This position is currently remote, but will require the contractor to report to the office (located in Baltimore, MD), as needed. This need will be determined and communicated to the contractor by the CEO.
Position Summary: The QCM is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and compliance of the organization, and all programs operated by the organization. All quality and compliance efforts and activities are guided by the standards and regulations outlined by the state of Maryland’s Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR), The Joint Commission (TJC), and all funding sources for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
-Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Public Administration (MPA), Public Health (MPH), Psychology, or a related field
*Wherever applicable, the master’s or doctoral program must be an accredited program
-A minimum of a year of quality improvement/quality assurance experience with organizations serving the mental/behavioral health population
- A minimum of a year of experience working for/supporting an outpatient program accredited by The Joint Commission, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), COA, or ACHC
-Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access), electronic health records, and the use of computers/laptops
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for-
-Licensed mental health professionals including: LMSW, LGPC, LGFMT, LGPAT, LCSW (provisionally-licensed professionals must be working towards independent licensure), or LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, PsyD
-Supervisory experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
