Building a new mental healthcare system at Headway is only possible because of the insights and leverage that data can provide. The data team at Headway is a small but mighty team designing the infrastructure and implementing data pipelines to build that future (and have a fun time while doing it!). The data team is a partner to everyone at headway, educating people about data, data quality, data meaning, and data intricacies.
Headway is looking for a Data Engineer to help us get closer to executing our mission: to create access to affordable, quality mental healthcare across the United States. As a core part of the Data Team, you will be collaborating with others in designing, building and implementing data pipelines that serve the core product and various stakeholders. You will be partnering with the Data Science and the Data Analytics functions closely, and together help shape the data landscape for Headway.
