As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible to operate within the policies and procedures established by the California Branch and Kyocera Corporation. The Delivery Driver is also responsible for inventory/packaging, preparation of copiers/printers and loading/delivering office products to customers.

Responsibilities

Deliver/pick-up machines, accessories and supplies from clients

Shared responsibility for daily shipping, receiving and re-stocking of supply shelves

Address & resolve any service complaints or relay to appropriate KDA manager.

Provide quality customer service in a professional manner.

Maintain an accurate delivery and mileage log.

Identify and report delivery vehicle service or maintenance needs to KDA manager.

Maintain KDA delivery vehicle in a clean, professional manner.

Consistently improve upon delivery efficiency and abide by traffic laws.

Qualifications

Required:

Knowledgeable of the greater Los Angeles metropolitan and Orange County areas.

Minimum 1 year delivery driver experience

Superior customer service ability and experience in handling client both over the phone and in person.

Ability to lift 70lbs frequently.

Ability to multitask and process delivery routes in an efficient manner.

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel (locally) up to 100%
