The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality and timely services to management and employees.
Duties
- Provides guidance and assistance to management officials and employees concerning hours of work, leave and absence, pay issues, performance, grievance and appeal rights and other employee relations issues.
- Administers formally approved labor agreements.
- Coordinates with EEO Counselors.
- Participates in special projects and performs special assignments.
- Participates in the administration of self-evaluation.
