Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our business, with a focus on coordinating office activities, managing schedules, and utilizing industry-specific software, particularly Fullbay, for efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the diesel repair industry and be familiar with tech scheduling and industry tracking software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the team using booking software and tactics to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Utilize industry-specific software, particularly Fullbay, to schedule appointments, track repair progress, and manage inventory.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with the diesel repair industry and knowledge of industry-specific software, preferably Fullbay.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
