Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance. Your expertise in legal drafting, research, and vendor management will be crucial in ensuring that contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. This position is not limited to contract processing; as it will also be responsible for all basic office duties.

Bid preparation, phone, messages, familiar with certified payroll a plus.

Duties:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements

- Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and develop contract terms that meet business needs

- Manage relationships with vendors and other external parties to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues that may arise

- Monitor contract performance to identify potential risks or areas for improvement

- Assist in the development of contract templates and standard operating procedures

- Support business development efforts by providing guidance on contractual matters

Skills:
