Mandatory Skillset: UX Designer/ UX Researcher, Data Visualization Design, Visual Design, Infographics, Visual Communications, Studio Art.

Required Skillset & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, fine arts: Studio Art, Graphic or Visual Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent related field required.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience as a data visual designer, infographic designed, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar preferred.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and passion about data visualization and solving business problems.
• Storyteller capable of delivering creative design and interactive data visualizations.
• Fluency in visual design principles at both a conceptual level and a practical level.
• Experience leveraging, and contributing to, design systems and guidelines.
• Passion for proactively learning, exploring, and sharing your knowledge and discoveries.
• Experience with complex data structures, including the ability to create, modify, and innovate around complex data models.
• Proven critical design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs on various platforms
