The UX Designer role will work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area, execute the right solutions to solve defined problems and simplify and solve user needs for multiple customer types. Ability to design end to end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area.

Qualifications

Required

• 4 years of experience working in UX, Product Design

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team’s overall design thinking and craftsmanship.

• Expertise in Figma

• Basic prototyping skills (preferably Figma)

Preferred

• Experience working with B2C, SaaS, and B2B products.

• Expertise in iOS, Android, and responsive web design.

• Experience with data-driven design

• Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
