Qualified applicants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma, valid drivers license and insurance and be able to successfully pass a background check. All additional training provided. Job duties include but not limited to: leading small group instruction, daily care, lifting and transferring those who use wheelchairs/walkers, community participation and documentation of services.
