- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and the material handling industry.
- Assist in visual content creation that includes graphics, video, motion graphics, and photography.
- Act as a brand ambassador on social media channels.
- Manage social media channels and collaborate with the marketing manager to develop a content calendar that is specific to each of the social channels that are used.
- Create/update marketing material, including catalogs, product brochures, advertisements, while ensuring product information is accurate and brand voice/imagery is consistent.
- Support trade show and event planning, set up, and teardown.
- Support Dealer Co-Op program to ensure that submitted materials adhere to HCFA’s branding guidelines and Co-Op guidelines.
- Manage the HCFA promotional shop including inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Product Engineering Department on new product introductions strategy and execution.
- Takes Marketing and Communication plans and executes them effectively.
- Prepares analytical data from social channels and website for reports.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and complete them on schedule.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Material Handling Industry Experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Compelling Portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Able to coordinate between multiple departments.
