TECHNICHAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Hazelett is looking for a self-motivated Technical Sales Representative with extensive knowledge in the metals industry to market Hazelett’s technology and process to potential customers and promote after-market parts to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
· Analyze the global aluminum, copper, and lead metals markets and identify potential market segments/customers.
· Coordinate sales efforts/activities in conjunction with others within the organization and consortium partners.
· Identify and facilitate product innovation and improvement projects that aim to meet the market’s needs.
· Serve as the primary interface between Hazelett and potential customers from introduction through project realization.
· Interface with existing customers to introduce new products, identify opportunities for R&D, and promote the use of OEM parts.
· Attend industry events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, association meetings, etc.) to promote the Hazelett process and to stay abreast of industry trends.
· Provide feedback and suggestions to Hazelett’s R&D department regarding potential improvements to the Hazelett casting process.
· Fulfill the organization’s vision of its products and effectively communicate their status and path forward to relevant/affected parties within the organization.
· Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to identify opportunities for cost reductions.
· Effectively write reports/emails to potential customers and existing customers related to technical products.
· Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and relevant work experience.
· Ability and desire to travel both domestically and internationally.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work toward resolution/agreement.
· Demonstrates excellent follow-through on projects.
· Ability to work independently with little supervision.
· Knowledge and use of integrated business systems.
