Your new company
You will be joining the largest locally owned general contractor in Southwest FL. They have been in business for 50 years and are continuing to increase their construction volume each year. The projects they do are all ground-up commercial projects, including the government, education, healthcare, etc.
Your new role
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising the construction on the field to make sure the project is completed within budget and on schedule all in coordination with the Project Manager. You will need to provide leadership on site to manage the schedule, subcontractors, safety and more. Experience working with RFIs, submittal, scheduling and reading plans are must-haves.
