Hayloft Property Management is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our existing top-notch team located in Sioux Falls, SD. If you’re hard-working and dedicated, we have a place and you’ll be the perfect fit for our team.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
Greet visitors, answer questions, and assist prospective renters with leasing their new apartment home.
Manage communication including email leads, text messages and phone calls.
Answer phones and assist customers as needed.
Schedule appointments and tour reservations as needed.
Assist with inventory management.
Complete daily reports as needed.
Initiate service calls for customers.
Initiate, modify and finalize leases and addendums for customers.
Assist with scheduling of vendors and purchase order management.
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Office experience preferred.
Proficient computer needed.
Benefits for Customer Service Representative:
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday.
$16-$18 per hour
Commissions (Monthly)
Bonus Programs (Inventory & Lease Renewal Program)
Vacation/Sick/Holiday Pay
Medical/Dental and 401K (with 5% company match).
