Job Summary :

The Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lawrenceville will be responsible for presenting new and used vehicles to customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.

This role will require a strong knowledge of automotive products and services, excellent communication and personal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a salary sales position with a compensation range of $15 to $30 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of new and used vehicles
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
• Stay up-to-date on latest automotive products and technology, attending product trainings as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process for customers

Requirements :

• Strong understanding of automotive products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
