Car Sales Executive
Duties:
- Conduct cold calling and market research to identify potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle performance
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers
- Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing options for customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to ensure availability of vehicles for sale
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new vehicle models
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for pricing calculations
